The 23 North Band
The 23 North Band is about getting the audience moving, groovin', singin' along, and having a good time! This horn-driven band delivers funk, Motown, blues, and jazz flavors of musical heroes such as Stevie Wonder, Sly and the Family Stone, Rare Earth, David Bowie, Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, among others. Singers deliver the lyrical goods set to familiar beats, awesome bass lines, sweet guitar riffs and hot horn grooves. They are returning performers to Saginaw on Stage and have entertained at Party on McCarty, Saginaw BASH on Hamilton, Freeland Concert Series, Blues Competitions, among other locations.
